3. Service Scope

  • Encrypted routing of internet traffic

The Service does not include:

  • Uptime guarantees or performance SLAs

4. Pricing and Payment

The Service is offered on a paid basis (e.g., subscription or fixed access period).

Payment is processed securely through third-party payment providers (e.g., PayPal).

Access is granted after successful payment. No refunds will be issued after purchase unless required by law.

5. Access and Usage

Access to the Service is provided via individual VPN configuration files.

You are responsible for securely storing your configuration. Sharing or unauthorized distribution may result in suspension of access.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for:

  • Illegal activities under applicable law
  • Distribution of malware or harmful content
  • Copyright infringement or unauthorized file sharing
  • Abusive, excessive, or disruptive network usage

The Provider does not monitor user traffic, but reserves the right to suspend access if notified of unlawful use or abuse.

7. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your use of the Service and any activity conducted through it.

8. Intellectual Property

All infrastructure, scripts, and branding associated with the Service are the intellectual property of Chris Ahrweiler.

Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the past 12 months.
